raising funds

I have found a way of raising some funds. As little it can be, that will help support the ministries. I will buy junk stuff in the States and will ship them to Haiti. We can make some money on them.
Let me explain one deal. When I was at Steve's house in Cincinnati, there was a garage sales all around. Let me tell you what I found as a deal.

3 tv = 75 dollars

Vcr = 10 dollars

Sewing machine = 5 dollars

about 100 dollars spent, I will ship them in Florida for about 75 dollars and I estimate I can sell everything for 300 U.S dollars. That will make it 150 dollars. If you think this is a thing you would like to do please do it and that will make a difference.

School in Tabarre

We are ready to open a school in Tabarre. It is required by the government that each church has a kind of activities of school.
We are ready to do so this coming september 2007. We will open with essentially 5 classes: first and second year in Kindergarten and three classes in primary school.
We need sponsor to support with 2000 (two thoussands) haitian dollars per class for the whole year.
If the Lord has put lately on your heart to do so, God will be happy with you and Logic Ministries will be grateful to You, Let Him use you for his total glory.

Logic board of Directors

The Logic board of directors in the States gathered this year at Johnson Bible College in Tennessee. That was a successful meeting. Everybody was present to make that possible. were present to that meeting:

Good to know

It is good to know that 2 new young men supported by Logic ministries has received their diplomas in education and theology. Frantztes received his bachelor of education and Jeanson Jeanvier has received his bachelor of theology.
These two young men will be back to Mirebalais to continue with their ministries there. Frantztes will be our music guy while Jeanson will be our youth guy.
Beni soit L'eternel for these great achievements.
Pray that God will provide for a salary for these two guys who want to serve the Lord through Logic Ministries.

My visit in the States

My visit in the United States goes really well. Myrlene is not with us yet, but she will come this Sunday June 18th, 2007 in Cincinnati.
She is working with a team of Central Christian Church of Wisconsin to have a group of people who were living together to get married. 8 couples are ready to receive the blessings of Pastor Benito Joseph, Laguerre Jean Duckenson and others. Please pray for Myrlene as she is fulfilling a valuable ministry.
Up to now I have visit Immokalee FL, Fort Myers Fl, Paris Island SC, Fayetteville Ga, Independence KY, Cincinnati Christian University.
Please pray for us as we are heading next week to West Virginia, Philadelphia, New York, Virginia, Jacksonville Fl.

This is Ralph Avenel Clersaint, the only son of Avenel Clersaint, the director of Logic Ministries. Ralph is in 8th grade now. He wants to go to Cincinnati Chrsitian University in four more years to have a major in Music and a minor in Christian education. He even mentions that he wants to have his masters of education to come run an english academy for Logic ministries. That is a long gaol but it is worth it. We continue to pray for Ralph to grow under the wing of Jesus Christ, to be more mature in the Lord.

The Sites where logic operates

This is Haiti. Though it is not an excellent map, I am still working on a map where every city where logic ministries work in Haiti will be pointed. Just north of Port-Au-Prince where we have two churches. On the north of "Les Cayes," we have two churches: One in Lazile, about 20 miles from "Les Cayes" and the other one in "Anse-a-Veau" 25 Miles north of "Les Cayes." The other church is Tabarre Christian Church which is at 3 miles from the main airport of Port-au-Prince.

This is Lenick Lehaut. Lenick is in his third year in Education. Please pray for Lenick as he will finish his studies in 2008
He will be back to Mirebalais as a teacher at the Mirebalais Academy and he will be responsible of small groups at the church.

This is Frantztes Derisme. He is in his fourth year in education. He will also graduate this coming may 2007. he is From Mirebalais Christian church, and will be returning to Mirebalais Christian church as the director and coordinator of choirs.
He is also an excellent technologist. I will open a business of cyber cafe for him in Mirebalais when he is back. Please let him know that he can finish this year at Christianville college. Please sponsor him

This is Jeanson Janvier. He is in his fourth year in theology. Jeanson will be in charge of youth ministries at Mirebalais Christian Church. He will graduate in May 2007 with a bachelor's degree in education.

The sixth one is Gerard Jean Maxime, I do not have a picture yet. First year in Theology from Tabarre Christian church. I will post photo very soon. This is CENER JEAN-BAPTISTE, he is from Mirebalais Christian Church. This is his first year at Christianville college in Education. He will return to Mirebalais to be in charge of Small group for the church and will teach at the school. Please pray for CENER and if you want to sponsor him to go to school, that would be great.

Logic Education

this is Sainsaint Vilsaint. He is a graduate from Christianville college this year. He is just back to Mirebalais to direct the school system there. Sainsaint is a valuable asset to the ministries of Logic. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in Education. Last summer, he was ordained as an associate pastor of Mirebalais Christian church. That was a great feast there for the 5th anniversary of the new church of Mirebalais.

Sainsaint needs a sponsor. Any individual, any church can do that by promising 200 U.S. Dollars a month to Sainsaint. That will allow Sainsaint to have a full-time job of directing the school and helping Pastor Rodney who is the associate preacher of the Mirebalais Christian Church.

Logic Ministries operates primarily in Haiti. Haiti is the island in the south of Miami and Cuba. It shares the land with Dominican republic. We, in Haiti speaks creole and French, while the dominican speaks spanish. This comes with fact that the French colonized the west part of the island of Hispagnola, and they brought black people from Africa to be slaves at Hispagnola. When the slaves revolted against the French, they chase the french to France, they never return to Africa, they came to the possession of the land (The West part-Haiti) and they speak French (those who have been to school) and Creole (those who did not go to school). Creole is a mixture of french, spanish and English. This is the people we are actually serving.

What is Logic

Logic Ministries is the organization that we formed to be able so serve better the population of Haiti. We are a tax deductible and charitable organization. We seek to provide education, counseling, evangelization and other ministries. We prepare leaders to become men and women of God. These leaders are able to receive education in association with Christianville University and return to their home town to serve.
